Starting fresh!
I hope everyone had a great holiday!  So, now that the crazy holiday festivities are over and I feel I have well eaten my share of heavy saturated fats, I am getting back in the game and continuing my weight loss journey. I recently bought a scale from Academy that’s endorsed by The Biggest Loser. Not only is it scary accurate, but it tracks your progress.
